Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Consultation Fees
  • Downloadable products or any digital sold products
  • Preordered items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Product Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

Returning Process

To return your product, you should mail your product to our head office address at minuwangoda

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Service Refunds

Refund policy for SWLG programs and services, which paid to SINHALA WEIGHT LOSS GURU (PVT) LTD bank account, AND those who are eligible for full or partial refunds MUST submit their refund requests in writing within 14 days of the payment by the payment holder to our postal address.

Telephone requests WILL NOT be honoured, and all eligible refunds will incur a 10% administration fee to the total refundable amount.

AND all eligible refunds will be re-credited in Sri-Lankan rupees to any bank account within Sri-lanka for four to six weeks maximum after the acceptance of the refund request.

Clients who did not start their program by 14 days after the payment will not be eligible for refunds. Clients under any medical condition for more than 5-7 days must be informed immediately with justificatory documents if willing to stop the program and seek a refund.

Exceptions

The above policy is excluded clients who committed but did not get any results throughout our program and will be refunded in total without any administration charges.
